If anybody in this line of business must make profit, this consultancy believes that profit making is not in high cost, low customer but total convenience of customer in terms of cost, taste, satisfaction and quantity consideration which guarantees break-even point offered by large number creating economy of scale (the higher the quantity of raw materials purchase the lower the price. The higher the demand for food, the higher the turn over hence, cheaper price, guaranteed customer, profit sustained.
