Covenant University has suspended over 200 student by the order of the Vice Chancellor because the said students missed a church program held during the Easter celebration. Based on the suspension the said students would miss their examination and the reason they missed the so-called Program was because they were preparing for their exam. Well i believe in giving punishment when the rule is broken, but this punishment is too severe in every way. Firstly, most of the students didn't break the rule because they were delinquents but because they actually wanted to pass their exam through the hard way which is reading so punishing them based on that reason is PURE WICKEDNESS AND BEING INCONSIDERATE, if the school is said to be holy as they make us to believe then why is the school administration not practicing the concept of FORGIVENESS isn't that the main theme of Christianity, its unbelievable how the school is following every tenet of Christianity backwardly and if the students should protest they are right to do so. I HAVE SAID MY PIECE.
